Our work together is informed by specialized training in…
Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy offers a respectful, non-pathologizing way to understand the different parts of ourselves and the coping strategies they use to protect us, often shaped by stress, trauma, and long-standing patterns. These protective parts can become stuck or frustrated when their strategies no longer work as they once did or no longer meet our current needs. IFS therapy leads to greater self-understanding, Self-leadership, and self compassion while honoring each person’s unique experience.
Sessions are collaborative and flexible, with attention to pacing, consent, and individual needs. Therapy can include creative experiences tailored to individual learning styles, deep reflective listening, mind body skills practice, nervous system support, healing, and reset, and are always shaped by what is most helpful for you. I believe that everyone deserves to live their most authentic, Self-led life. It would be my privilege to accompany you on your journey toward that goal.
Your Body, Your Wisdom
It’s not just about managing emotions, it’s about understanding where they come from.
Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or burned out while managing work, family, neurodivergence, or chronic illness? You’re not broken. You don’t need to be fixed.
In therapy, you’ll have a space to be truly seen, understood, and supported without pressure, judgment, or quick fixes. You can explore your deep needs and uncover inherent qualities that have always been present but may have been hidden by life’s challenges.
Through Somatic Internal Family Systems (IFS) and mind-body practices, therapy can help you:
Slow down and listen inward, using your body as a guide
Gain self-awareness, perhaps for the first time
Reconnect with your inner compass
Set your own pace for healing and growth
Release burdens carried from past stress or trauma
Live Self-led in the present while adapting to life’s changes
This work isn’t about doing more or becoming someone else. It’s about creating space for who you truly are, emerging with clarity, confidence, and self-trust.
If you’re curious about what healing might look like for you, that’s a good place to begin.
I’m here when you’re ready.
